Subscription-based Mobile App (White-label)
A white-label React Native application powering multiple subscription-based wellness brands from a single codebase.
Problem
The client wanted to launch multiple wellness apps quickly without maintaining separate codebases. They needed a shared architecture that could be themed per brand, integrate with App Store / Play Store subscriptions, and support content updates without resubmission.
Solution
We designed a modular React Native app with configuration-driven branding, feature flags, and content delivery. A centralized backend manages entitlements, content, and analytics, while the app handles offline usage and a polished, responsive UX.
Architecture / Technologies
The app is built in React Native with a modular design. Brand configurations are fetched from an API and applied at runtime. Purchases are handled through platform-specific libraries with a shared abstraction layer. A backend service manages user accounts, subscriptions, and content distribution.
Highlights
- White-label architecture with configuration-driven theming
- Native in-app subscriptions for iOS and Android
- Deep links and onboarding flows tailored per brand
- Analytics and event tracking per tenant
- Offline-first reading experience for key content
Outcome
The client launched multiple branded apps without multiplying development costs, and could experiment with positioning and content while reusing the same technical foundation.
